Application for Steemit Engagement Challenge Season 17 - Steem Lens Community

Dear Steemit Team.
On this occasion, We from the STEEM LENS Community come again with the aim of making an application for the Steemit Engagement Challenge - Season 17. Everyone knows that it is very important to be able to compete in this challenge with the aim of knowing which one is better for the community in this big event, so we will also participate in this special event today. Although this community is only 3 months from its establishment on January 1, 2024, we are very enthusiastic about showing our strength here in order to introduce the wider world of macro, because from seasons 1-17 we have not found a single community that moves and focuses on this, so we really hope to be a new change with an interesting theme to discuss. There is no harm in trying, rather than never doing it at all.

We will describe a little about the STEEM LENS community, about why this community is considered worthy of being a participant in the Steemit Engagement Challenge - Season 17.

The goal of the Steem Lens community

We have always searched various communities, but there is no single community on Steemit that specifically discusses macro photography, so many of them share in various communities. It is for this reason that we founded the STEEM LENS community with the intention and purpose of uniting macro photography lovers in various regions around the world. Not only that, we still have many goals such as:

• Providing a place to share good knowledge and experience about macro photography. This Kamunitas will gather great steemians around the world who will all share their experiences about macro photography according to their respective abilities.

• As a community that encourages the creativity of steemians who want to learn about macro photography. Steem Lens really hopes to be a place of inspiration and encourage creativity for all Steemit users in the world.

• We understand that all of us have our own work, but we need to know that one's work must be properly appreciated, so it is not solely focused on the method or experience, as well as the technicalities of macro photography, but we really hope that the presence of this community really changes the awareness of Steemit users towards one's work.

• The admins and moderators will make every effort so that we can all become a familiar global network for macro photography lovers.

A brief history of the Steem Lens community

The STEEM LENS community was founded because of the enthusiasm of various photography lovers, especially those who focus on the macro section who want a special place to share their macro photography works that can add to the knowledge and experience of others. It is our hope that members of the nature photography community who are crazy about the beauty and complexity of the world that often escapes the human eye can gather and share their works here and interact with each other.

So the admin and several moderators after communicating with each other and asking for advice from seniors on disteemit to establish this community at the beginning of the new year. Precisely on January 1, 2024, this community comes with a big goal, and finally gets a welcome from the Steemit team. Our hope is that it will become a good community and will bring good changes to fellow steemians.

Currently, the official and curated community account of the Steem Lens community is @steemlens. The account currently has an Effective Power of 5,886.59 SP, which is the result of Steem Power itself and the result of Delegates. This account will definitely always be used to support loyal users in the community, not only that, we also strongly support users both on blogs and in the community, as long as the posts are quality and have benefits for many people.
