I have no problems with Steem Bounty, I have a problem with the farming of comments, regardless if that is to pay his bills or not.
If the only way his program works is to farm comments, then there is a problem with his program.
So what is your solution? Show me as you can come back my witness as before...:))
It really isn't my job to come up with a solution (business model) for your project. Unless you have a benevolent party that is willing to fund it out of pocket, it has the same problem most every project on Steem does.
Farming comments to pay for a project (regardless of what it does) isn't a solution. My flagging of those comments is not an attack or malicious.
Maybe make an SPS and see if it gets support.
