I tried to work on blockchain almost from the beginning, I have never backed down in terms of responsibility, work and sincerity since the beginning. Maybe that's why I still managed to hold my position. Qualification alone is not everything because even if you have qualifications, if you are not aware and sincere about the responsibilities then it will be of no use.
