Half of the TRX rewards that I did not touch in the wallet are lost, why are the approximately 30-32 TRX rewards missing?

Recently we have been experiencing the issue of TRX rewards on the Steem blockchain. I was told that this issue will be resolved. Yes, we believe that.

That's not the problem, my problem right now is that half of my 65-70 TRX reward that I haven't touched my wallet is missing?

that means about 30-32 TRX rewards are lost, what's the problem?

I keep all the rewards for about 1 month and I don't touch my wallet. The TRX award I won was the last 70 odd thing and now half is missing.

How can I view my TRX reward history?
What is the cause of this problem, is it due to the blockchain?
Will this issue be resolved and can a helpful developer provide support?

If these problems occur, I guess my trust in the Steem blockchain is shaken?

Note: A post open to criticism and can anyone make a statement on the subject?

How can I view my TRX reward history?

Sorry. Currently we have not a plan to support TRX reward history searching. All reward is based on your Steem Blockchain Claim Operation.

What is the cause of this problem, is it due to the blockchain?

The wallet environment parameter didn't update after we decreased TRX reward. Last Sunday we fixed this issue. That's why you see your reward decreased about half. It is not a Blockchain issue.

Will this issue be resolved and can a helpful developer provide support?

The rebuilt TRX reward program has been finished and tested. New program has been deployed now. When the new fund check in, the reward distribution will start.

Thank you for the feedback and information.

I read the TRX content and comments on the link you shared. If we see that the platform is considered in terms of development, there seems to be no problem here, the Steem-Trx integration project is supported.

During this process, I recommend that users on the Steemit platform be informed in more detail and every once in a while for each application. Because a lot of users don't know.

Also, will previously earned TRX rewards be returned? (Undelivered rewards outside of integration?)
