Today we are submitting our application from our community, "Steem For Ladies",. This with hope and high expectations… and love ❤

• To be a place for the Steemian women to express themselves and to be creative
• To build the goals of this community and the Steemit environment together
• To support all women's activities both outside and inside this platform
• To give women the freedom to express themselves, to give support to their fellow lady Steemians, and to learn from each other.

Lots of the communities offer all the benefits and also the various ideas as set out by the Steemian team.
Goals are well organized and clear so that every individual on the Steemit platform can develop according to and in line with their own goals. Furthermore these communities offer a platform for Steemians to share posts on topics such as food, health, sports, investment, the world of technology, and more.

However, we have noticed that there is no longer a special place for women to express their voices and appreciation freely.

Steem For Ladies was started with a strong spirit and purpose, which is to support all women's activities so that they are free to be creative and express themselves. Together women can be very powerful.

Women have the right to be respected, the right to be free, and have their rights protected. This is the community for women for Women's Freedom, Lifestyle, Beauty, Art, DIY, Cooking, Sports, Fashion, etc.

The community structure is as follows;

Representatives are not only community moderators but also have a bigger mandate and responsibility. We’ve launched a new program through which we train our moderators preparing them for the world of curators.

Currently, the team represents four different countries, but we hope to expand our team also to other countries.

We do have a wide spread of ladies from different countries as verified members. We hope that we can reach out to more ladies who want to move forward and who are willing to work together to build and develop not only this community but the Steemit platform.

The Steem For Ladies community account is managed together by the team. Together we work to improve and advance the community by verification of posts, positive commenting, and for giving advice. We also have a dedicated communication group in which we share advice, discuss tasks, find solutions to problems, and support each other.

Steem For Ladies was created by the founder @liasteem and it was officially announced in Steemit in early December 2022.

Admins and moderators are introduced to the members of the community and Steemit as need be as it is of utmost importance that everybody knows what is happening in the community.

We have the following community account management percentages;

We do this so that our CSI Voting is not low and we update every 80% Voting Power and will update again in 24 hours.

Currently, the community have **727 subscribers, with 281 active posters and have 7,582.35 SP, and Voting CSI; 17.9 ( 0.00 % self, 151 upvotes, 134 accounts, last 7d )

We are proud to say that we have doubled our subscribers in the last 1,5 months.

Posts from members are posted daily from where they will be verified and curated by the moderators and the admin.

Verification format:

There is always a moderator on duty with admin as a backup to not only verify posts but also to curate with the community account in support of ladies all over the Steemit platform.

It is our pledge to be positive at all times lending a helping hand. We will advise on various solutions for example the increasing of CSI voting and the use of “markdown style.”
As much as possible we help all members to grow actively and move forward together without excluding anyone (including newcomers). We as woman want to show that we have quality and quantity which can be seen in our posts.

Our community is very firm against any form of plagiarism the use of AI, bit voting, and the growth of club status. Therefore, we put several checks in place.

We take strict action against plagiarism users by giving warnings twice. With the third offence, the users account will be marked and reported to the Steemit team.

As a team, we are giving our best for all activities related to community development, member development, and supporting of the Steemit platform. As admin, we appreciate the hard work and effort of each member of the team.

We also always hold a contest every week with the hope that everyone can enjoy it which is carried out by @patjewell;

We help any user who needs advice, who has a question, or who has a problem. This can be related to the community or Steemit in general. We will do our best to find the answer or solution if we don’t know it.

To assist our members with writing post we have introduced an interesting program;

• New Program For Ladies In Daily Dynamics

At this time we are grateful that admin and moderators are working well and helping each other. But we still have some constraints and goals we want to complete;

• We would like to have Representative Teams from various countries. Currently we only have representatives from Indonesia, South Africa, Nigeria and Venezuela. We want each country to have its representatives so that the benefits of this community can be felt by women globally. We have opened this opportunity, but due to our limitations, we only got 4 representatives.

• Limited support for quality posts. Currently our Steem Power is less than 10,000 and it is hindering us from giving the ladies the support they needed to keep them not only in the community but on the platform. With support behind us this can change. Not only will it be appreciated by the team but also by each of the members. We want to be an independent community and we really hope for the best for everyone.

We realize that we are still new, BUT give us the opportunity and we will show you how ladies can do it…. With love ❤
