Well, you have great goals to help each member of the community by developing clean and fast tools, or apps, and the UI interface is also good.
But do you make the interface mobile-friendly too?, because most of the users use smartphones rather than a PC.
Yes, the application will be responsive and therefore will easily be accessible from both mobile devices and desktops.
Mobile users will have the option to download the application to their devices once they open the app in their browser, this way the mobile users will be able to interact with the application as if it was made for mobile devices only.
