Application for season 21 learning challenge teaching team- Fitness coaching team
Following the invitation from the @steemitblog here, We hereby apply as a teaching team for this season 21 learning challenge. Our focus will be on continuing with our fitness programs and monitoring the progress of our students who have demonstrated willingness to remain fitness is a continuous thing and it is a life style that runs till one's old age, hence, this application. We will also encourage many more users to join this move for fitness because a healthy lifestyle brings about a healthy journey as a steemian. It is something everyone should join no matter the age.
As a teaching team, we will continue to guide users on functional and workable exercise programs that they can take part in both in and out of the comfort of their homes.
Our objective is to ensure that we all live healthy and fit at all times, hence reducing dependencies that are prevalent as a result of old age and certain illnesses. And as well, increase our life expectancies.
For a start, we will want to make sure that each one achieves great results. Hence, we will like everyone to get personal information from willing students to help us carry out a successful planning of activities.
Task- warm up for each of the week as well as stretches at the end of each workout day

Raise your hands over your head and down for 30 repetitions
Stand straight and touch your toes as you bend and up for 30 repetitions
Run in place and so on
Programs for each week
We are going to have beginners and advanced because there are students who have been in this fitness journey for long while some are just beginners. Our programs will incorporate all. The programs for each week is tabulated below. In our weekly challenge, we will include the repetitions that will be suitable for all.
Note that some of our programs will include the ones we didn't have the opportunity to carry out in season 20. We will incorporate more new programs to make it more interesting

From the programs above, week #1 will focus on helping students to improve their cardio.
Week #2 will focus on helping us get that 6 packs we desired and that is strengthening the muscles around the abdominal region.
Week #3 will focus on legs. The programs will help us achieve that strong legs that can carry our body even at old age
Week #4 will focus on butts. That is to say that the programs will help us to strengthen the muscles around the pelvic region
Week 5 will help us to strengthen the muscles around the arm region.
And finally, the sixt week will be full body exercises that will touch all body parts
- We will include videos of each programs for students to follow and we will in turn request videos from the students to be able to determine who is doing it right 👍 though it will be optional but priority will be given to those that are able to upload the video in our ratings

Will also include a workable meal plan which will be optional to follow since we are not professional nutritionists.

I am Mrs Nwankwere Ngozi Enyinnaya, known as @ngoenyi on the Steemit platform.
I joined Steemit since 2020 and since then, I have been actively blogging except for when I turned off for a good reason.
I developed interest in fitness when I had pains on my knees which was disorganised as osteoarthritis in 2022. I was advised to start exercising and I witnessed first hand the benefits of exercising because as at today, the pain has disappeared. I came to love exercising so much that I rose above my contemporaries in our group then. Seeing my love and passion for fitness, my coach them picked me up and always used me to represent him whenever he is absent and to also be his second when he is coaching. I developed the act of coaching others and started that journey fully.
I am currently a fitness instructor, coaching a group of over 30 clients since March 2024. I have recorded so many successes in the field and there a lot of testimonies from those I have been coaching. Luckily, I have some steemians who are also my clients here on the blog. I took the lead in the soon to be concluded season 20.
I am versatile in this field because I have the programs at my finger tips as to how to lose belly fats, get a firmer arms, legs, butts, tights and more.

I have always liked to do exercises, but for a little more than 10 years I have been doing it constantly, which has allowed me an integral well-being, balancing my physical, mental and emotional health.
I started for my own motivation, currently I receive the advice of a specialist athletics coach, since I train to participate in races from 10km to 21km, with my experience as an athlete I am to support our instructor @ngoenyi and together get you to also do exercises.

If we are given another opportunity to teach in this season 21, we will motivate many if not all steemians to take part in fitness activities not just now but throughout their life time. We will as well continue to monitor those who have developed the exercising from season 20 and those who were already into fitness. The aim to to stay fit always.

Like I enjoyed reading this application so much, yeah exercise is an ongoing journey and we all need fitness to carry on our Steemit tasks.
With my present experience on the soon ending season 20, I can firmly attest that the lovers of fitness have achieved a great body improvement.
