Introverts personality prefers to work alone, which suit them and they think before talking.
They are good listeners because they have the ability that makes them excellent at understanding instructions that is been given to them.
My friend back then in secondary school was introvert he was a talkative to me alone because he was close to me but when group of people come close he feels shy. Introvert is not failure but fear and lack of identifying with self and others properly.
