Today "Iqra Muaaz" is once again with you all to share something informative!

I just went today to fruit market to buy some fruits and it just clicked my mind to share fruits benefits with all my steem family!

So here are some of my personally favourite and very healthy fruits importance!

APPLE

Apples are an incredibly nutritious fruit that offers multiple health benefits. They're rich in fiber and antioxidants. Eating them is linked to a lower risk of many chronic conditions like diabetes, cancer and heart disease. It also promotes weight loss and improve brain health.

BANANA

Bananas are a good source of several vitamins and minerals, specially potassium, vitamin B6 and vitamin C. A diet high in Potassium can lower your blood pressure and benefits heart health. It also improves blood sugar level. It helps the body to produce red blood cells, metabolize carbohydrates and fats, metabolize amino acids, remove unwanted chemicals from your liver and kidneys, and maintain a healthy nervous system.

MANGO

Mango is rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, and it has been associated with many health benefits. Best of all, it's tasty and easy to add to your diet as part of smoothies and many other dishes.
They are a great source of magnesium and potassium, both of which are connected to lower blood pressure and a regular pulse. High in water content and low in calories, it is an ideal fruit for weight loss.
