With temperatures hovering in the mid 80 degree Fahrenheit range, last night our wood stove sat stone cold, for the very first time this year!😮

Just when the barbecues are pulled outside, and the picnic tables, and local parks should be packed full, IT STARTS……….
Cold …just above freezing, rain!!☔️
Worst case, this can last ALL of June!
It can feel like you are back in January!🙄
Other years, the complete Month can be a pleasant 65- 75 degree!☺️

Silvertop started stacking fire wood early this morning………..
I passed the thermometer on the front porch, and stopped to check the temperature, it was already hot!
After firewood, and some outside trim painting on my shed, I hiked up to the “High Trail”.
I passed David my friend from the tiny house, along the way………..

It looks like tomorrow will be back in the 70’s, and Liz, and PEPE, and Silvertop might be headed to the Ocean for an early Mother’s Day adventure ! 🤗
I better pack three sweatshirts…….. it might be cold!😇🥶
