Watch out for that Train!😳
A Happy Easter to all!🤗
After Church today, I talked the Mrs into heading down to the Ocean shore!🥰
It looks like EVERYONE had the same idea!
Hundreds of people were outside enjoying a Sunny Easter, not one parking spot was open at boulevard Park!😮
We ended up driving to the “ Other side of the tracks” fairhaven Marine Park!😊
That’s where Silvertop spotted this little man dangerously walking the railroad tracks!😬
“ Hey little guy……don’t you hear that freight train coming? “ 😳
Liz had Silvertop scoop him up with only seconds before he……AND Silvertop would have been both smashed by the oncoming diesel train!😬
“ Silvertop that train didn’t ever blow his whistle! “😮
Both this strange little man, and Silvertop were safe!😇
This afternoon was an extremely low tide………
We were able to walk out a great distance on the sandy beach, and explore areas that we haven’t been able to before!
The photo after the train is the saltwater side of the estuary, a transition zone, between a freshwater lake on one side and the saltwater ocean on the other!
We had no idea that this was a shallow sandy Ocean beach!
Apparently this is also a good time for seagulls, we watched one pull several small fish out of the shallow waters, and quickly swallow their catch!
The day was winding down, it was time to head back to shore and home………

Silvertop glanced over to see a small face peering out the top of the Mrs backpack Lol!😊
Hmmm……….. is he coming home with us honey? “
