There's one thing I don't understand: how will the project be financed after the six months?
The reason is we can not find the exact cost for the services other than storage. Like ingoing, outgoing requests backup plan and cdn.
We can get the mass adoption in first 6 months which can give us a idea of cost for the next 6 month or long. That's why decided to go with short period first. I hope for the next we can have long proposal by discussing the 6 months scenario here.

Something I've noticed about the images for a while now is that when you insert an image via the clipboard, it is saved as a .png file. I think it would make sense to use a compressed format such as .jpg instead, which would save a lot of storage space. Just an idea, I know the front ends would have to be updated for that and would be another story.
Yes it can be done on frontend.
