Yes, I am feeling better and if I am not wrong they say I have to write it within a certain time and I have to be honest at that.
I think you are right, there should be reasoning, proper sentences, and correct structure of the same even if comes under 'free write'.
The idea is to write next step is to edit. That takes more time if not the most. To me the timer is helpful and 5 or 10 minutes writing can be ebouogh to be in the middle of a new story or it is the draft you can work with later.
