Every day we need to find reasons to encourage us; it is a need to feel those reasons and feel that good things happen in your life; those reasons exist and are within you, but we cannot see them. Many times it is easier to find the difficulties, the problems and to see the difficult situations we have.

Knowing this I tell you that today you must find those reasons to be happy. This reflection today is for that, to make you aware that wonderful things happen around you and to make you aware that all suffering is always temporary.

Cada día necesitamos encontrar razones para animarnos; es una necesidad de sentir esas razones y sentir que las cosas buenas suceden en tu vida; esas razones existen y están dentro de ti, pero no las podemos ver. Muchas veces es más fácil encontrar las dificultades, los problemas y ver las situaciones difíciles que tenemos.

Sabiendo esto te digo que hoy debes encontrar esas razones para ser feliz. Esta reflexión de hoy es para eso, para que seas consciente de que a vuestro alrededor pasan cosas maravillosas y para que seas conscientes de que todo sufrimiento es siempre temporal.

La vida está tejida con hilos de bondad pero a veces hay un hilo de dolor.
