Against Destiny

It does not accept the lines drawn before it was born. It questions the path as if it were only a suggestion. There is a refusal to move simply because movement is expected. Something inside resists the idea of a fixed direction.

How do they call it fate when they are too tired to choose?
There is a quiet defiance in turning away from certainty.
A belief that even endings can be rewritten.

It walks into the unknown without asking for permission.
Not because it is fearless, but because it doubts inevitability.
Each step feels like a contradiction of what was predicted.
And that contradiction becomes its own kind of truth.

Even when the world insists on its conclusions, it does not agree.
It holds space for change where none is promised.
There is no guarantee, only the act of resisting what is assigned.
And in that resistance, something new begins to exist.
