The mechanism of change requires us to go to the root, to the cause, to change our seed, because if the seed is good, then both the tree and the fruit will be good. We are emotional beings that move on the basis of emotions, we are not logical beings. We need to understand how to sow our seeds well and how to build our habits that will work automatically, which will lead us to success in the good fruits of life.
