Tiredness is a Sign That We Need to Change Something
We think that fatigue is a sign that we need to rest, if it's physical fatigue then it's true, and if it's mental and emotional fatigue then it's a sign that we need to change. Are we living the life we want, are we happy with our health, family, friends, and work? Nothing happens by itself, we are responsible and we are the cause, simply fatigue gives us the signal that it is time to change our way of life. The foundations are in our thoughts, in our way of thinking, in subconscious programs that we need to notice and then change with better software. We are a set of habits that react automatically to external stimuli, we have our own pattern of behavior, and we need to see the way we function and replace everything that is not good. The most difficult part is, to be honest with ourselves, to analyze ourselves objectively, and then to understand where the critical sections are and to know what we should do next. This world has room for the unlimited development of human potential, we were created to fulfill our mission and therefore we should not waste time in vain.
The greatest victory is when we defeat ourselves, our bad habits, and the wrong way of thinking, then the victory is complete.

Also, many times there are some underlying health conditions that might cause unusual fatigue, we should also have regular health check ups in order to keep any un-identical disease in check.
