Bringing Them to the Winning Side

Hi fellas, today I will be unveiling to us the story of my struggle with onboarding 50 without a gadget but before then a quick question to all of us. How many people have you told about Steemit this month? I remember I said I was going to onboard 50 new steemians on steem but something very unexpected happen that limited my target to just a few.

You remember the 80/20 Principle to told you about the other time? That stuff really works. For those of us that read through my last post here, I talked about a very striking principle in business growth and expansion and today I will still use that as my reference for this post but I want to go a bit deeper than the last time with practical experience.

Few days after the post, I ran out of gadget to use. Actually before now, my plan was to engage the social media greatly most especially face book but things never worked as planned and my evangelism reduced drastically and the effect of that will really be shown on this post.

When your promotion reduces, your profit reduces also because people will begin to loss touch with your product. The truth is that there are actually better brand of phones than Iphone but because everyone is talking Iphone, it has already become a competition.

The same thing happens when you tell many people about Steem.. It will become a compettion already so this week i talk to two of my colleagues at the office and I brought them.

Everyone would always not want to do what you want them to do maybe so that it wouldn't appear to them as though you are controlling them but guess what, there is always a right time to handle them. For @pwills I got him in the most confused state of his life when he needed so much money to run a few things and I introduced him to steem again and this time he accepted to join. Meeting people at the point of their need and giving solutions to their problem is always the best way to win.

I have never seen a lady as amazing as @timaro. She's a combination of laughter, motivation and love. One of the things that really attracted me to this lady was that she had so much passion in me and actually she help me secure my current job in their establishment. I got to meet her through a friend in their church. At the time, she was out of cash and was trying to compile her project or summarize her school work so I stepped into the picture and because I had some typing skill, I helped her in running the whole stuff and off course you know they say that one good turn deserve another so after lending an helping her to her, she also had to lend me an helping hand also by joining steem through me and that was how I got her onboarded.
