Foster A Purposeful Driven Friendship

An old adage says 'Tell me who your friends are, and i will show you who you are'. That is to say that whatever one does should always be for a particular reason, probably, a good reason. Having nice friends around you is something to be welcomed. Who wouldn't want to keep company with a nice person or partner. The type of friends you keep company with can make or mar your chances of success.

How best can you build a solid and purpose driven friendship? What are the modalities to sustain a purpose driven friendship? These are questions that may seem to befuddle some people, not many who are into friendship really have a target and direction. There are some that only enjoys the fantasy and in a short run, the friendship dashes away without benefits to each other.

Look out for these two modalities

(1) Outline Set Goals: In other to grow a sustainable and purpose driven friendship, its advisable that friends should set a short or long term goals for themselves. Outline those things necessary to be achieved within a time frame. And always look at things in a positive way, those things that may add value to the relationship should always be the optimum priority.

(2) Acknowledged each others weakness:
Trying to be perfectionist can be tricky at some point. Understanding each other's weakness and working toward strengthening it can be a step further to building a purpose driven friendship and a better relationship. Bottom line: the primary purpose of friendship should always be for the success and personal growth of each other. Build a resilient and purpose driven friendship.
