We associate the word conflict with the negative because it implies perhaps a pugnacity between points of view, obviously when a conflict goes beyond reasoning is when it harms the parties that make up the situation, but talking about a conflict is not all the time negative, it turns out that it can generate a negotiation and therefore can reach a possible solution to a disagreement.

The ideal is to handle the conflict through conversation, exposing the parties clearly, justifying the reasons, as well as explaining the different points of view and how they can affect the other people if the balance is tipped to a certain decision. The main thing when facing a conflict is that it should not be handled by trying to prove the reason over another person, the intelligent one should listen, raise his point of view and hope that the other intelligent one can agree with the correct position.

Since it is not a race, and there is no winner bet, it is always good to be impartial, objective and try to place ourselves in the opposite position to experience from another point of view the different positions.

We must open our mind, give in when it is necessary to conciliate, without bending our principles, but always thinking that empathy can bring us better results than useless and sterile confrontations.

Human beings many times motivated by ego or a sense of superiority try to impose their ideas, but when we are willing to learn we demonstrate greater personal development and we can achieve great things for ourselves and for those who share our existence.

Conflicts are not sought sometimes they are presented by unexpected situations, we must think and take the best attitude of control to expose the feelings, interests and ideas necessary to solve and try to regain harmony above all things.

We are social beings who must focus on learning from conflicts without being imprisoned in them.
