Much like when we participate in a sports journey, life is not for running a race and winning, but with the same impetus we must breathe and continue, because only in that way we can help our loved ones and also overcome every adversity.

To make the situations more bearable we must rely on our family, we must rest when necessary, continue when we are ready and take stock of each step we have taken and that we need to achieve our goal or objective.

Not giving up is a brave attitude, an example that we will give to our children, they will learn that even though some things are complicated, that even sometimes we can fall the strength is in getting up and start again, at some point dreams come true, adversities pass, and then we can stand with open arms under the sun and feel satisfied for having managed to breathe and continue.
