Thank you so much @steem-family for this contest, initially, parents have a God given gift and assignments of taking care to their children until they reach the ages of accountability (18). They can do so by providing food, shelter, health care, paying school fees to their children, showing them love and nature them with a parental love, so ounce the children grow up and reach the ages of accountability and starts working/ employed, it's now the right time for them to support their parents by giving them money or any other need that may arise, this will always help the children to be in a good harmony with their parents and being appreciative for the work that might have been done by parents to raise them since they were born.
