On Thursday 6 May 2021 we get sponsorship #support of 100 Steem for T-Shirt #Promo-Steem. We have written the plan in a post on my Steemit account, We plan to print Promo-Steem T-shirts for the work team. We have a work team, namely The Youth Steem Community, from that hard work we get support and this is #onehundredsteem Kaos sponsored by Mr. Stephen (SK). With great pleasure he is announcing 100 Steem T-Shirt Sponsorship this time to support us, And we dedicate this achievement to The Youth Steem Community Team. We receive support to assist in The Youth Steem Community Project (The Youth Steem) to reach out and promote Steem to Youth Communities in Indonesia. We have conveyed this information to our teammates to immediately prepare and print the Promo-Steem T-shirts for The Youth Steem Team.

Team Meeting

We have held meetings and discussed together with team members. In several meetings, we agreed to choose a black T-shirt to be printed at the first T-shirt printing. This is our agreement and this is the result of discussing and planning for the future. We also agreed to make a few changes from the logo that we have attached to the proposal, we aim that this Logo can be used in the long term. We're doing this work to better show the character of The Youth Steem Community, then we hope that the logo can also support in developing our Vision and Mission to reach #Promo-Steem to Indonesian Society and Youth. Gaining sponsorship support will facilitate our work in implementing the programs we have planned in the future. We have a goal to develop The Youth Steem Community to make it more popular and well accepted by the people and Indonesian Youth.

T-shirt Payment Process

We have received 100 Steem funds from Mr. Stephen, he has transferred to my Steemit wallet. We have planned to print the first 10 shirts, 100 Steem is enough to pay for 10 shirts. We have also contacted the T-Shirt Shop for negotiations and asked to immediately prepare our first T-shirt printing project. The T-Shirt Shop asked us to transfer 50% of the total price as an advance payment, then another 50% will be transferred when the T-shirts are finished printing. This is an agreement between the two parties so that the t-shirt printing process runs smoothly and can be completed within the specified time.

T-shirt Printing Process

National holiday celebrations have just finished, the Covid 19 outbreak is still being discussed in Indonesia and this is a long holiday. Several business actors and shops have just started operating again, the atmosphere and the Covid 19 pandemic are not yet very conducive. We have contacted the T-shirt shop on Monday, May 10, 2021, but they asked us to wait until Thursday, May 20, 2021 because the T-shirt shop wasn't yet operational. So the project for our first #Promo-Steem T-shirt has to be delayed for up to 10 days, Actually the t-shirt will be ready for printing in a matter of 3 days. They promised to prepare the work on Sunday, May 23, 2021, In accordance with the appointed time they had contacted us to pick up the parcel at the post office (Loket) on May 24, 2021. The package was sent from Banda Aceh to The Lhokseumawe city, requires 6 to 7 hours of travel distance using land transportation.

T-Shirt Distribution

The official The Youth Steem Community T-shirts have been printed, then they will be distributed immediately to team members. As we have written in the proposal, we will distribute the T-shirts to members and sympathizers of The Youth Steem team. We have distributed the #Promo-Steem The Youth Steem T-shirt to several team members, we have also taken documentation. We haven't submitted only a few T-shirts, because the location and time are very short today. Then there are other activities to be done. We'll leave tomorrow morning to meet of the other team members, waiting for their news and time to pick up the Shirts.

The Future Goals

As the development of Steem and blockchain, the popularity of Steemit users is increasing in the world. The country of Indonesia also counts many active users who contribute to this Steemit platform, so we care about the influence and development of Steemit in Indonesia. So The Youth Steem aims to support in introducing Steem and Steemit to the Indonesian people in general and especially to Indonesian Youth. We want to inspire people to be active and creative in creating content on Steemit media. We will invite them to be consistent and be creative, then invite them to help introduce this Steemit to other people, for example friends, relatives, family and those closest to them.

This is the initial stage to support the #Promo-Steem work. Furthermore, we have plans to organize Meet Up, Workshop and Promo-Steem events in Indonesia. We have a desire to introduce and develop this Team or Community to many people so that The Youth Steem Community becomes more popular. We work together with team members, some Indonesian youth who are active and creative in their creativity at Steemit.
