Greetings Everyone,

I rocked my Steem T-shirt today to go out and meet @azar0334. I finally had someone to assist me in my Steem Promo activities. He requested for a Steem T-shirt so I decided to give him one of mine.

I strongly believe that wearing your Steemit shirt in public view also go a long way in preaching Steemit to the world. We took the opportunity to visit shops around to promote Steemit to the the shop owners. Though we faced some challenges with some shop attendants most because of illiteracy and a few weren't welcoming, others welcomed us and gave us their listening ears.

The feedback was really positive as I talked to many people about blogging and viewing Steemit as an investment platform. The enthusiasm was overwhelming which made us very happy.

Mr. Davies was one of the most welcoming shop attendee. He was so excited to hear of Steemit and made a lot of enquiries was really showed his interest. The frequent trooping in of customers into the shop forced us to discontinue our conversation but he still asked for my number which I gladly gave out to him. Hoping to continue our conversation on phone.

With Mr. Joshua

Another welcoming person was Mr. Joshua. Funny enough, he actually called us asking if we were having some kind of promotion because of the T-shirt I was wearing. He asked that I sign him up on my phone since his phone was indisposed at the moment. I obviously couldn't do that because of email and phone number authentication so he gave me his number so I could take him through once he was able to charge his phone. I have already initiated a chat with him.

In all, we had a wonderful day together promoting Steemit. @azar0334 himself has not made any post since he signed up on Steemit so this was a big boost for him. He is certainly going to stop giving me excuses and start being active after today, else I will go back for my Steemit T-shirt. Just kidding
