Hello members of this great Community. It a thing of joy to share with friends in my city about Steemit on Thursday being 20-01-2022. It started with training giving to our recruites who just signed up so weeks ago. He doesn't know how to get contest update and how to justify his work. So he came out for promotion that very morning. So @ijelady asked @mesola to assist him on those areas before we left for promotion.

When we help poeple to succeed, we see ourselves progressing everyday. So training and retaining the newbies is our work.

This is me and Mr Jerry, I have been telling him about Steemit for a long time but he kept not showing interest. But seeing me doing my Steemit buissnes with joy, he asked me.

Chichi is like this your Steemit is really good on your body?

Yes, was my reply to him. And a new road for promotion opened again. I told him that is not late, he can still start now, or even buy the Steem coin for himself if he will not have time to write. He promised to do so, and also get a smartphone to start blogging. I understand his fear, we have been into online buissnesess, and have fallen victim of many of them. So telling him that Steemit is an online social media platform, made him to think that Steemit is one of all his ponzy skim. Buy my determination to succeed with Steem, has opened up a way for him to join.

Our Promotion ended at Pilars development microfinance bank. The general manager called us to come and explain Steemit to all the staffs on Thursday. But, they where all busy when we get there. After waiting for about an hour, he called on @ijelady to his office. She Introduced Steemit to him, and he signed up as @atane. Am happy that even bankers are joining Steemit.
