Steem-tech Club discussions and Meet-up with the ladies successfully held yesterday,10th October, 2021

Yesterday, 10th of October,2021 I had an interesting and amazing time with just the ladies as we discussed relevant issues that will aid the growth of the ladies and the blockchain as a whole. It was an interactive and educative session a I got to advice and guide the ladies on how to go about on steemit and they also shared their grievances and asked questions pertaining to the blockchain. It was a great as I discussed about Steem-Tech Club with the ladies and other relevant issues.

Agenda discussed:

• Steem-tech club: I informed the ladies about what the club entails and the courses which will treated. I also informed them about the relevance of the club and they were amazed. The ladies said, crypto is something they really want to learn because it seems when it comes to that topic most ladies are lacking behind and it will be a great initiative. We also discussed about the relevance of the steem tech club and the ladies were so amazed and can't wait for the Steem tech club to be launched.

• Completion of Achievement tasks: I also informed the ladies about the importance of achieving their tasks. I also informed them that achieving their tasks helps them know more about the blockchain. So far, some ladies are in the process of completing their achievement tasks and those who are not promised to work on completing their achievement tasks.

• How to promote steemit and coach newbies: Since promo is one core responsibility of every steemian, the issue of how to promote steemit and coaching newbies came up. Some of the ladies asked how they can effectively promote steemit and I gave them illustrations. I also informed them that representing the brand by using the promotional tools is also a way of promoting steemit. I also informed the ladies that, it is needful for them to coach newbies they sign-up and for them to do that successfully they need to grow themselves.

• Growing on the steem blockchain as a steemian and Powering-up: I informed the ladies about the relevance of powering up and how to power up. I made it clear to the ladies that no matter how little their steem is, they should still power up because it gives them them the voting authority and it shows their growth on the blockchain. I future informed them to be consistent and also engaging on the blockchain. I informed them to partake in contests as well since is a way to earn and learn.

It was an interesting discussion and we really had a great time, hopefully we will organize it again. Let's steem on with passion.
