PromoSteem T-shirt and Mask Production Process & Tips for Caring T-shirts to Make Them Durable | The Spirit of PromoSteem Indonesia

The PromoSteem community has been going very well and organizing promoters to continue doing promotional stuff, many ideas and creative ways have been created by the promoter to attract new users.

Because of that, we don't forget to build promosteem branding which we will print on t-shirts. This is expected so that community members have the confidence that #promo-steem is not only arbitrary, but #promo-steem will explore the world to promote steem.

This t-shirt design is the official design of the PromoSteem Community. And this design is divided into two. Design for Team, and design for community/general. The black shirt is a Team design, while the white shirt is a community/general design, anyone can wear it.

This rule is set directly by @arie.steem and the design is designed by @podanrj. Here is the design:

And also in this first stage, we are not only producing t-shirts, but also producing masks. Each order, in addition to getting a PromoSteem t-shirt, will also get a PromoSteem scuba mask, here is the initial plan for the mask design.

And here we go. Yesterday the Prosteem t-shirt was finished and @pojan officially distributed to promoters who had ordered. This shirt was ordered in early June, and just finished last month. In this first stage, not many people have participated in ordering PromoSteem t-shirts. Only 3 Team Promoters, and 12 other steemian people.

Actually the production process only takes 2 days. However, due to the large number of orders, orders must be carried out according to the queue. Production is done by my brother in Jakarta who has his own production machine.

The material we use is the best in its class. Both the t-shirt material and the quality of the screen printing. We use the latest technology machines to manufacture. DTF HD Resolution printing machine that can print any small details and press it with a Heat Press machine with a temperature of 160° C, so that the screen printing sticks perfectly.

Although screen printing is safe to be ironed directly and will not stick, but it would be better if you follow some of the suggestions at the end of this post so that the t-shirts are durable and long lasting.

Material yang kami gunakan adalah bahan terbaik dikelasnya. Baik itu bahan kaos maupun kualitas sablon. Kami menggunakan mesin teknologi terbaru untuk memproduksi. Mesin cetak DTF HD Resolution yang bisa mencetak detail kekecil apapun dan di press dengan mesin Heat Press dengan suhu 160° C sehingga sablon melekat dengna sempurna.

Meskipun sablon aman untuk disetrika secara langsung dan tidak akan lengket, tetapi akan lebih baik jika mengikuti beberapa anjuran pada akhir postingan ini agar kaos awet dan tahan lama.

Production Process

Tips for Caring T-shirts to Make Them Durable

Here are some tips for caring for t-shirts to make them durable and long lasting

Turn the shirt over when drying. Dry the outside of the shirt
Separate white clothes from clothes of other colors when washing, so as not to be affected by the color fading of other clothes.
Do not soak clothes for too long. Only 30 minutes at most so that the material remains durable.
Do not brush clothes and try not to wash in the washing machine. It will damage the material of the clothes. Boiled better.
In order for the screen printing to be durable and not easily damaged, do not iron the screen printing directly. base with paper or cheesecloth, or iron the inside of the shirt upside down.
