We came for steemit training at our steemit office in Uyo Akwaibom state at the process we received three new persons who were enger to join steemit. Accoeding to them they have been hearing about people's success stories about how steemit hepled them to become someone and how steemit helped to to startup a business so they came to know more about it.

MY PHONE was used as a practical on my page to show them what steemit is all about.And here are the questions they asked.

• How can they be paid.
• who will pay them.
• How will they know that they have been paid.
• What is wallet?
• Is a curator a person or a robboth?

As questions were coming from them.@ijelady took her time to break the questions down for thier understanding .

This is the names of the newbies Thompson and Vicky was able to sign up why Edidiong phone was not able to access steemit .Then i encouraged her to get a new and smart phone to be able to join steemit .

_{teaching vicky how to use markdowns}

I showes Vicky how to use markdowns in writting as it will make her work readable.she was seeing it as an uneasy task I allowed her to write without markdowns and she saw the difference. NOW vickyharry is getting used to markdowns and she have started writing on her introduction post .we are still trying to fix date for me to help and correct her where necessary.

Challenges faced.

Rain.we are in raining session here rain has been stopping her from coming around to finish up her introduction.

Time. I would have helped her finish a post in a community but it was getting dark so we have to go home.to meet again on Saturday this week.

How I convinced her to sign up.

She was willing to join steemit ,having heard other steemians making money writing on steemit.

I also gave her some instances comparing other social media that we only write for fun.but steemit rewards us with money for posting quality contents.

How I intends to bring more people to join steemit.

Steemit gives me joy, when I reads other people interesting posts I learn alot.so I will like people to also learn more through steemit post. I will be sharing some knowledges I got from steemit to people this may in return bring people to join.I have been promoting steemit I will not stop.

I will be trying my best to help all the newbies that will come through me.I will give them the best and teach them what they should know about steemit.
