Report: Meet Up and Gathering Achievement Results - New Project Will Be Released Soon

Background

This is an update post about the event that we held on Sunday, December 12, 2021. As I explained in the post announcement of the event invitation, that the PromoSteem community in Indonesia held meet up and gathering events. This meet up and gathering event is part of the 2021 PromoSteem Fest program implementation.

This meet up and gathering event aims to increase the solidarity of Steemians in Indonesia, especially for steemians in the Lhokseumawe city and North Aceh districts. In this event we also invite PromoSteem members who act as active promoters in Indonesia. This event was also attended by new comers and pro steemians.

In order to build the strength of the PromoSteem community in Indonesia, we continue to strive to build cohesiveness through meet ups and gatherings. In this case, we aim to continue to present and recruit Promoters and Army. Promoters and Army will play a role in promoting Steem Blockchain in Indonesia.

Promoters and Army are the most important part of the people who will grow the Steem ecosystem. Through programs conducted by Promoters and Army, more people will enter the world of Steem. We encourage Promoters and Army to participate in the success of the program implemented by the PromoSteem community.

Therefore we really appreciate every participation and program carried out by all Promoters and Army. Because their presence has brought a more positive impact on community growth. Through their promotional activities and participation in PromoSteem events, they have also driven significant progress for the future of Steem.

Implementing Meet Up and Gathering

The meet up and gathering event took place at a coffee shop in downtown Lhokseumawe. The event took place in the VIP room on the 2nd floor with the provision of facilities that can support the implementation of the event. The room was booked on Saturday with a rental status for 3 hours.

In carrying out this event, we have trusted @muhajir169 to be the chairman of the organizing committee. In this implementation, the committee also provides beverage consumption and supporting facilities. All costs incurred in this event are covered through funds from sponsorship and event organizers, so this event is free.

Collaboration with Steem Entrepreneurs

In carrying out this event we also invited one of the moderators from Steem Entrepreneurs. This will be our first collaboration event with Steem Entrepreneurs. This collaboration aims to promote and foster participation in the PromoSteem community and the Steem Entrepreneurs community.

Our community continues to drive community growth through participation and content sharing. This meet up and gathering event is a moment to promote the Steem Entrepreneurs community to Promoters and Army. Thus, this event has provided benefits and advantages for both communities.

The event takes place at 15.30 - 18.00 WIB, the rental fee is charged for 3 hours according to the conditions at the time of booking. The participants seemed enthusiastic to hear the presentation delivered by the speaker. This event was also attended by @arie.steem as the founder of the PromoSteem community.

In this meeting we also encourage them to participate in the #club5050, #club75, or club #club100 programs. In general, we provide an explanation of technical power ups and Steem investments. Around 90% of the participants who attended this event have participated in this program.

In this meeting I also introduced several communities to them. The community I introduce are @hive-111293 (Steem Travelers), @steemkidss (Steem Kids), @hive-181136 (Scouts), @businessactivity (Business Activity), @hive-180821 (Steemit Garden). They welcomed my presentation with great enthusiasm and were eager to join.

Conclusion

Such is the report on the results of the meet ups and gatherings that we have carried out. By the end of the year, we plan to hold a bigger event and collaborate with a number of communities in Indonesia. In 2022, the PromoSteem community also plans to release a number of new projects that will drive the growth of steem and collaboration in the metaverse base.
