We can discuss further by considering various things. Most Newcomers really need something like this, but we don't want a repeat of events like 2017 which has also collected SBD and finally cannot be accounted for.

I am very sure that such a must be very accountable. But again, we have to consider various possibilities.

    Thank you for your response @radjasalman. for this project, later I will make a statement letter if something happens with this project, I will be fully responsible and I am willing to be processed according to applicable law.
