Weekly Reflections #23 : 2024 in Pictures

We have a saying "Time and tide wait for no one" and just like that, the year 2024 has come to an end at its own pace. Looking back at 2024, for me, there is only failure and failure. I have lost in every way. I am going to share three memories of 2024 which are very bad and good memories of 2024. I was in a bus accident for the first time in my life in 2024, which was the most terrifying experience of my life. I was on a bus from Dinajpur city to my village. But the bus overtook another bus at an excessive speed and fell into a ditch. The bus was full of passengers, women and children were the worst affected. By the grace of God, I escaped serious injuries, but many others were seriously injured, and my legs were cut by the glass of the car window while trying to rescue them.
The happiest day since I started working on Steemit was September 4, 2024. We Steemit users from Dinajpur region met up which was the happiest day of our Steemit journey. After a few days of planning, we got together and I enjoyed the day very much. It was the first time we had met all the users online and it was the first time we had met in person. Even though it was the first time we had met in person, we became friends in a short time.
My best friend Ripon got married on September 6th. He is my best friend from college life and we have been together in the same city for 10 years. I am very busy on the occasion of his wedding. I was supposed to go to my friend's house on the 4th but due to some work in the city, I went to his house on the 5th and had to help organize the wedding. There will be some distance between me and my friend, we will not spend time together like before. I was very happy at his wedding. I ended the wedding day by wishing my friend all the best for his married life.
Oh God!, That sounds absolutely terrifying! I can’t even imagine what you went through during that bus accident. It’s a relief to hear that you escaped serious injuries, but it’s heartbreaking to know others were hurt. You’re really brave for trying to help those in need, even when things were so chaotic.
I hope you’re doing okay now and taking care of yourself after such a traumatic experience.
The most terrifying day of my life was February 24. My pants were stained red with blood while trying to rescue the little girl. Yes, I am healthy now, but whenever I think of that incident, I get goosebumps. I still remember that incident during the bus journey. Thank you for taking your valuable time to comment.
Oops! It's terrifying and scary tobe caught up in an accident Anyway I am glad that you have not fatality, guess others are also in good health now. I saw many posts regarding your meetup and it''s indeed a great moment.
