Honestly we all deserve it , we put our time and energy into writing, just like my third post I feel discouraged but what can we do? We only keep pushing and hoping for the best. It won't stop me from showing up
You mean even a scammer who robs everyone or uses AI to write deserves a vote? Simply because he invests a lot of time in setting this up?
If it comes to posts in general: there are so many that it is hard to see or find them at all.
Hashtags are used to search but if everyone uses steemexcluusive or writing hundreds of posts if not thousands show. How on earth can you be found? So make sure also your title is different! People notice you, same for the photo you use. It should be different.
Keep those clickbait advertisement and shitty news messages in mind. They suggest something trigfering people to click and have a look!
Also you have to upvote daily ten people, preferably different people for 7 days. This broadens your world with 70 contacts, 70 possibilities to be noticed.
Next read and comment.
You are not the only one not be noticed, I had the same for over one year if not longer. But I liked writing and did it anyway and fore. No matter how you see this platform: there's a lot to read and learn and if you read comment s likee you will know a lot if not everything about the people. They share and many also care.
I wish you a good time. Do it for yourself, write what you like, use good hashtags and attractive titles.

You know, I was asked because the platform needed good writers so together with a group arrived on Steemit. I found it hard to understand how it worked. I had hardly help unlikeany others with fewer years, way fewer posts and comments but I liked writing. Everyone left and I stayed. For a while (actually twice) I left as well. I never took the Steem or lived from it like many others, but tried to give it to others by hosting contests. If you do not write for you, if you do not like to leave your legacy behind on the blockchain, it is easier to leave. As long as you write for you, it is and remains personal and that will show.
