Yeah...I practically understand now. Even with your last sentence were you said new members are given the false promises: you post and earn a fat votes. Actually I noticed some newcomers are no longer active as before.
Yes, and that exactly is the problem. They do not care. Are not willing to figure out how it works, will not invest in connections.
So lifting them is a waste of votes which can be given to others always neglected.
But I was just thinking....can there be a place as an instructions been placed in which newcomer can know what to post on a particular community and also know their limits?
