It does sound like 2022 has been very challenging for you. I'm very sorry for your loss. I know how does it feel to lose a father and how difficult it may be.

Do you think you may need such a large office for your business? Air conditioner maintenance and installation works - it sounds like most of your work will be done outside the office.

Maybe you can turn one room into sleeping place :) For those who would work extra hours.
