Which will help us to learn new tips of life hacks to improve daily life from other posts.

Today I am sharing with all of you the simple changes I have made in my life. Which have brought significant improvement in the health of my daily life.

 We get life only once, so it should be lived well.

We all live our lives in different ways, and everyone has a different way to change and improve it.

Earlier I did not have any time for myself at all. The whole time used to be spent in household chores and taking care of children and family. I did not even realize when the day passed. I used to get very tired. And I started feeling sick from inside. And I started becoming irritable by nature.

But now I give time to myself. Because of which I feel healthy. And I also remain tension free and happy.

 Detox:

Now the first thing I do after waking up in the morning is to warm two glasses of water for myself and squeeze lemon in it and drink it to detox my body. By doing this, extra fat does not accumulate in my body and an energy comes inside me. And this makes me feel fit.

 Morning walk:

After that I do not go out anywhere for a morning walk. But I walk for 15 to 20 minutes in the terrace or balcony of my house. This makes me feel a different kind of freshness. And my mind becomes fresh. Doing this helps me to stay happy the whole day.

  Yoga and exercise:

After walking for a while, I also do yoga for 10-15 minutes and some exercise.

Ever since I started doing yoga, I feel that I get physical and mental energy.

My digestive system has improved.

Doing yoga reduces cholesterol and triglyceride levels.

Doing yoga reduces stress, improves sleep and improves the immune system.

Doing yoga also keeps the mind calm.

   Listening to music:

I like listening to music to keep my mind calm and body energetic. I play music while doing household chores. This gives me inner energy and I remain fully active. Listening to film songs or bhajans while working also helps me finish my work quickly and I do not get tired.

   Family and friends:

Man is a social animal and we all get positive feelings by interacting with each other.

That is why I give priority to only those people in my family and friends, meeting or talking with whom makes me happy. And I remain stress free.

   Some electric gadgets:

I use some electronic gadgets to complete my household and kitchen work.

This makes my daily chores easy. I don't have to work hard. And the work gets done quickly. This enables me to take out time for myself.

And after finishing the household chores quickly, I get busy with my own work. This helps me earn a little.

  Indoor games:

In the evening, I take out some time and play indoor games with my children, so that I can give my children a good time and my mind also gets refreshed.

And this gives us all a lot of happiness.

     I don't attention to useless things :

I don't pay much attention to anyone's useless talks, and try my best to keep myself happy.

Sometimes, when I get a little stressed by someone's words, I listen to music and dance a little, so that my mind gets refreshed and I remain happy.

I think it is very important to be happy in life to have good health, smart and happy life, for that we have to work on ourselves.

Thank you for your invitation. Your life management style appeals to me greatly. I believe that listening to music, exercising, using electronic devices for our everyday work, spending time with family, and avoiding unneeded chatter will all help you betted your life mentally and physically.
