This is a glimpse into my real daily life—the messy, chaotic, yet highly focused workstation where the cyberpunk novel Hell's Eye is brought to life line by line, and code by code.

Yes, that is my tea keeping the system running. As for the medications, they are just some blood pressure pills—routine maintenance for my "biological hardware" so I don't overheat and crash while debugging code or writing new chapters. 😂
I will definitely take your advice and open the window to let the real-world air in. Please don't contact my sister, I promise I'll clean up this messy desk... eventually!

I actually have two computers on this desk. The one with the dusty keyboard is an older machine that I rarely use now—it’s mostly acting as a backup server. The main one I use for coding and writing is the white keyboard (which does have some Chinese characters on it for typing).
It looks a bit chaotic, but in a hacker's workspace, every piece of old hardware has its own "retirement" spot! 😂 Thanks for the official check and the green lights!

Since you mentioned funny anecdotes, I actually have a great one from this weekend! I took my kid to the Taihang Mountains to pick fresh walnuts. It was quite a messy but hilarious adventure away from my keyboard. I'll write a post about this little "offline" episode soon and share some photos. That sounds like a brilliant plan! 😂 Honestly, if I could program a Python script or an AI bot to handle the coffee brewing and house cleaning while I code and write, I'd be the happiest cyberpunk in the world. Until then, I'll just have to settle for letting the GPU sweat over the rendering while I refuel with real coffee!
Oh wow.. it does look like there has been a lot of blood, sweat and tears poured into your work at the work area 😅. Ah you are running python there. Are you developing a game? And is that what your server is for? To compile and render? Do you need a lot of CPU and GPU power?

To answer your questions: I'm not developing a game. I write a lot of custom Python scripts for workflow automation and running my Steemit operations! And yes, the server setup and GPU power are absolutely crucial for rendering. I use an RTX 2060 GPU to run local AI image generation workflows (like ComfyUI). That's actually how I compile and render all the original sci-fi illustrations for my Cyberpunk stories!
And please don't worry about not reading the novel yet—take your time! You are always welcome to drop by whenever you want. Have a wonderful day!
