It is at the side wall of a supermarket so not really a mall. More like a shopping street in the village although more and more shops disappear.
There are no cafes
They are right in not having cafes, it is not a shopping center although it looks like one. At least here, places like this with the appearance of large structures suggest a shopping center and usually there is always a cafe inside.
It's just a street with shops at both sites and appartments above the shops.
