I hope your weekend is going well, mind is fantastic! Today I will announce the winners of my recent mistakes contest and also initiate a brand new contest and I hope it will interest you.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, it is called breakfast because we don't use to eat during the night so when we eat in the morning it breaks overnight fasting period. Breakfast is so important because it boosts our energy levels, helps us to be alert and replenishes our supply of glucose while also gives us the essential nutrients needed for good health. Breakfast should contain essential nutrients so on this contest I want you to share your breakfast recipe with us. And tell us why it's perfect for breakfast.
