Most people say it's because they don't have money that's why they can't sleep. They must hustle their eyes out for this money. Na only people wey get money dey sleep. Poor man no dey sleep... That's what they'll say in pidgin English. But it's also unfortunate that most rich men who have money are the ones who don't even have the time to sleep because they want more. This is what makes people die of stress not knowing that sleep is one of the most important thing most people ignore when it comes to healthy living.

They feel eating good and rich food and having a healthy routine is what Keep them agile. This alone doesn't do justice because you'll need sleep to calm some hormones that are responsible for our growth.

Sleep helps us think well when we're awake and it actually helps in brain development. If you don't have enough sleep, there are risks attached to your health and these risks include high typhoid level.

Some people would walk on the road and fall just like that and onlookers will say it's Village people or witch that killed him not knowing is because he lack adequate sleep because of stress and working tiredness.

My candid advice is that no matter what you're doing, always create time to sleep not only at night but during the day. This helps in building your body's hormones and prevent it risks of health disorders.
