I most say, this is an interesting topic I've ever seen also in this platform 😊 I'm superb excited to participate as well, kudus to you ma'am @goodybest for that wonderful initiative's.

The simple techniques I've actually adopted that significantly improves my daily living is that,

I first of all set some daily goals, that I tend to achieve them at all cost and has really helped me quite a lot, I jot down what I intend to achieve, and I make sure I follow it with no compromise, as a good planner that I am, coz I hold B.Ed in administration and planning.

Thence I clarify priorities, boost my sense of accomplishment and I reduce all sorts of procrastination. Coz I know this simple habit would help me stay focused and motivated throughout the day. So let's get this straight;

Practicing the art of gratitudes to the source that giveth Life, has profoundly shifted my perspective. And thus, Reflecting on three thing's, I'm thankful for daily cultivates positivity, reduces so much stress and fosters the sense of appreciation. This mindful practice reminds me of life's beauty and helps me stay grounded at all times.

Another technique I adopted is the act of Enveloping the Earth's beauty, which has immensely energized me. Spending like ten minutes outside the environs, embracing the beauty of nature daily, especially walking or sitting has a significantly way of reducing stress, boosts my mood, improves focus and perhaps enhances my chances of creativity. Indeed, nature's tranquility refreshes every souls mind and body. That's the new Life I've adopted and ofcourse the feedback is superb.

I practically reduced the level in which I'm using the screen and which has significantly improved my sleep, By setting this screen-free hours, usage and replacing the hours with books it's a great habit, another thing I did outside reading books was spending some quality time with loved ones, I've noticed great changes in my life since this three great steps, changes for good living.

These easy techniques of mine, has collectively improved my mental state of mind and brought about positive impacts on my life journey.
