The Diary Game: [Betterlife With Steem] My Exam Day Experience(28:04:2026)

Hey Pookies, I am Happiness Effiong with @inemghurrl as my steemit username. The long awaited day for my exams is here and I was anxious about it at first but looking back at the much effort I've put into reading, I calmed myself knowing that I've done my best and I need to go out there and conquer the exams without fear. I got up early and began to do my chores, finished early and prepared for school. My exams was slated for 10am but I needed to leave home either by 8:30am or latest 9am so as to meet up with few activities I needed to carry out before getting to school. First of all, I needed to reprint my exams slip because without it, I won't get a pass into the hall to write my exams and also, I needed to stop at a restaurant and have my breakfast because I didn't eat anything before leaving the house as breakfast was not ready yet.

I walked out of the canteen and returned to the spot in the tent here I was sitted, praying I get called so I could go in and write my exams before the things I still I had in my head vanish and as God would have it, as I returned there, I and few other students were called for verification before we were allowed in to write our exams. The exams was okay for me except for some parts I was confused due to big grammars but I did well and hope to get atleast something close to A or B in my results. While returning home, the handle of my bag spoilt and I branched a store to work on it.

I made payment after it had been repaired and took my leave, I had a thought to call my mom to find out if I could come around the shop though I knew my mom will get angry at such question and I wasn't wrong at all. I headed to her shop and it was the best decision I made as a packaged meal awaited me there, followed with a bottle of chilled drink. I stayed with my mom and assisted her till it was time for choir rehearsal and I went home to change so I could go to church.

I got to church and joined the rehearsal which had already started. Towards the end of the rehearsal, it began to rain heavily and it bothered me as I wasn't with my umbrella. I waited with the rest of our members after rehearsal as we couldn't return home under the rain but immediately the rain subsided, I made my way home and a cup of tea was given to me by my dad to keep me warmth. After joining in making dinner and eating, I took a hot bath and now, I'm here to make my diary. Thanks Pookies, byyyyeeee.
