My Choice : Best Community, Best Steemian & Best Posts for October 2022 [PENNSIF'S PICKS Program]

PENNSIF'S PICKS is a brilliant program published as a form of appreciation to 3 categories (Best Community, Best Steemian and Best Post), I see this as a form of appreciation to platform users so that they get recognition from prestigious events like this.

I feel guilty when I don't participate in this program by submitting my choice as a nominee in the 3 categories that were nominated, in advance I specifically thank you for the initiation of this program so as to encourage the role and contribution of steemian to continue to improve the quality of content, build a more independent community in the future through competent initiation programs.

When referring to the 3 nominated categories, I personally think that the Best Steemian should not be seen from how many posts they make and get support from the Steemit Team, but the extent to which they dedicate themselves to the growth and development of the platform.

Likewise with the Best Community category, I am more oriented to the aspect of responsibility and how to manage the community together, hold firmly to the principle of building a community through programs that are run regularly, using curation accounts effectively in accordance with the ethical principles that have been conveyed by the steemit team (providing curation support for users in the community), and the most important thing is PDF Copy The community account key is not with 1 admin only.

The integrity of the community to grow and maintain the trust of the delegates can be seen from how many people have access to these copies of the keys, so the worry of shutting down the community curation account need not occur as in previous cases.

Best Community

For the best community, I nominated Steem For BetterLife Community as the best community for October, I chose this community based on several basic reasons:

1. One of the communities that has moderator representation in several countries (Nigeria, Venezuela, Sri Lanka, Indonesia), they have a copy of the community curated account key posting.
2. Having 3 important pillars for community growth as a form of implementing the community's vision and mission (World of Charity, Education for Steem and Investing & Power-Up)
3. Regularly release creative contests from time to time that are educative and informative
4. Has realized various charity programs in various countries through the World Smile Project Int and the World Smile Project Country Representatives.
5. Transparency and accountability in the use of donated funds continues to be well publicized.
6. PDF copies of curated accounts are with 3 Steem for BetterLife Community admins who have Integrity in supporting the steemit team program and encouraging community independence through 80% Power Up from Community income and 20% allocated to Delegators sent in the form of Steem Power.
7. Using a community curation account only supports posts published on Steem For BetterLife Community
8. Continue to support the programs run by the Steemit Team

Best Steemian

Choosing the best steemian is easy if you only look at the number of posts, but the most basic thing is how to see a user who totally drives the growth of the platform and dedicates himself to various programs run by the Steemit Team, much more ideally appointed and included in the Best Steemian.

I propose a very ideal person to be the Best Steemian, he has spent a lot of time and devoted himself professionally to this platform, he doesn't even have much time to make personal posts because he checks farming accounts and welcomes newcomers from Achievement 1 to completion.

If you see him in the Top 10 endorsements from SC01, his name almost never appears, but it's a shame if he doesn't get a chance to be the best if you look at his performance so far, besides that not only as a Greeter, he is also active behind the scenes, actively encouraging the implementation of community programs well, continues to be at the forefront of supporting various steemit team programs, recently he became the Steem Marketing Team, and promoter of @pennsif.witness.

In this category I choose regular posts published by @ubongudofot with Topics "The Interview Showcase". This topic is an important illustration for steemian to get to know steemian who has integrity and plays an important role in the growth of the platform, he has a brilliant idea by carrying out this topic so that it becomes a steemian public consumption that is always awaited.

Every steemian has a different view of the nominated candidate, and that's my choice.
