The Diary Game: Saturday, January 13, 2024 : Visiting Historical Monuments from the 13th Century AD
Starting Saturday morning, January 13 2024, I started my activities by carrying out the routine as Head of the Family, namely taking the children to school, and then completing some other housework because my wife was actively teaching at the High School until Saturday.
Accustomed to an office routine from Monday to Friday, I also feel that working full time is ideal so that every day can be filled with useful things, but to fill my free time I also visit one of the coffee shops in Samudera District.
Hibrida is one of the coffee shops that I like the most, apart from the delicious and savoury taste of the coffee, this coffee shop has become one with my personality, friendly service and very economical prices and the most important thing is fast internet service, even though I don't use the free internet service, Paid internet services are available here, I pay a monthly fee through a package that is billed directly through the internet package at home.
To fill my free time, I took advantage of it by checking posts to be submitted as nominations for the Best Post in the second shift of the second week with Team Burn. I double-checked the posts deemed most worthy of nomination.
Currently, I am more interested in educational content, meaning that writers are able to display their creativity by using the media around them as toys for their children. This is good and I like it.
I carried out my routine at the shop until late afternoon. I was grateful to have been able to complete all the tasks of the Curation and Admin Team by verifying several posts.
This afternoon I used my free time to visit one of the museums in Samudera District, North Aceh Regency. The monument and museum in the picture above are one of the civilizations that brought Islam to Indonesia in the 13th century.
This monument is currently not functioning properly and you can see that some of the building structures are starting to crack, even though it should still be cultivated as an asset for the regional government and central government. Even though there were no visitors, my wife two children and I climbed dozens of stairs to capture the moment of sunset over this monument.
In the evening I started doing activities at my youngest brother's house, coincidentally tomorrow night he will be holding a Thanksgiving event for his son who is getting married.
As a family, we prepare a traditional food menu to be served on Thanksgiving night. The solidarity of our extended family can be seen during special moments like this. We support each other so that we can lighten the burden we bear.
Almost every day I spend my free time in coffee shops, not necessarily looking for free internet services but looking for inspiration when joining other steemians. I have gained many things through exchanging ideas with steemians here and one of the reasons why I continue to exist on this platform is their encouragement and motivation.
This evening I came early to Hybrid Coffee so I sat alone while waiting for other colleagues to come and join.
Time seems to pass so quickly and it's as if I've only been here for 1 hour, but I have to go home and rest to welcome a better tomorrow.

A beautiful place, and it seems like the food is very delicious, especially when we eat it home from the rice fields. It sure tastes really good.
