Hi friend, no, this walk is for International Cancer Prevention Day, and this is something that affects men too, but some are accompanying a family member affected by cancer as a show of support. Upon reaching the finish line, they receive a medal as a memento of the event. Others attend to run the kilometers as a form of training, since they are marathon runners.
