Weekly Reflections #20: Gratitude on 11/11

My gratitude goes to God for granting me a safe trip on the journey that I embarked on last week for business purposes. Last week, I left my place of schooling and traveled far away from my school to buy some new products for my business and the journey was not an easy one.

It was hectic for me, and while traveling, I saw an accident that happened on the road. The journey was very far and God took me through and brought me back to my school safely which I am very grateful for.

The journey was in a hurry I had already planned with the driver that I would be traveling by weekend Friday, but unfortunately, the driver couldn't wait till the weekend and decided that my journey should be on Thursday which I had not prepared myself for. After telling me that it would be Thursday, I hurriedly started preparing my luggage before the arrival of the driver who then came and carried me to my destination.

Everything about the journey was hectic and our vehicle almost got into an accident as the driver was carried away by sleep. I am so grateful to God that nothing happened and for the decision that the driver took to stop the vehicle and have a short nap before continuing with the journey.

I am grateful for journey mercies, good life, and health given to me and my loved ones and friends by God for making it possible for us to be counted among the living which I have used through this means and shared with you the reason for my gratitude.
