FINAL CHECKING OF SCHOOL FORMS BEFORE THE SCHOOL YEAR ENDS

When somethings end, there will be a new open station.

Good day all. Today is our last day of checking of school form held in another school.After this activity we will start preparing for our year end activity at school.

Everyone in our workplace is busy. Everybody has something to do with the preparations for the chool year to end. Before we have our closing and grafuation ceremony, all school forms must be submitted and will be check properly. We already had the school level checking amd now we will submit records to the district level.

It was late in the morning, when the district office called our school representative to be there in the district venue. As active as we are, we commute through tricycle and arrived in the venue earlier. With our School Master Teacher, we started the checking of different school forms. We had no time wasted because we are focus on our goal to document consistency of our school records.

After the one on one checking, we then submitted to the higher officer to record our consistency. In our part, we are 100% consistent of the records and documents per pupil in our school. The higher officer recorded each
our document and released us.

During lunch time, we dine in a fastfood restaurant nearby the school. We individually paid for our bill since we have not given a budget. We ordered according to our need and relax in the store while waiting for our order. We had small talks and discussions while eating and we enjoys it.

Before 2pm strikes, we headed back to our workplace. We then continue our work so we can go home in our official time out of 3:30pm.
