The Diary Game|| 29-03-2026 || Going to Church on a Palm Sunday

Before I went to bed I had planned on going to early morning mass which is usually by 6 am, but I missed going to the early morning mass because I woke up late. I wake up late and get myself ready for the 8 am mass at Saint. Patrick Catholic church.

I did my house chores which were just washing dishes, and cleaning the house, and then washed a few dirty clothes of mine. I did all of these under 30 minutes and went to the bathroom and took my bath, came out dressed up, and entered a taxi to the church.

Initially, I thought I was late not knowing that the 6 am mass was still going on. I waited for the 6 am mass to come to an end and as it came to an end everyone who came for the 8 am mass was directed to the procession ground at Ola Girls School.

I left the church premises for the procession ground where a short prayer and announcement were made and blessings of our palm leaves. After all prayers and intercession, we then march to the church by singing and dancing Hosanna to the King.

Reaching the church everyone entered inside, where I went and sat down at the back and listened to the word of God. It was an awesome day in the house of God, in which I felt satisfied and happy.

After the church service, I went to the market and bought some cooking items for stew. From the market, I came home and rested for about two hours before I then entered the kitchen and prepared the delicious food seen in this post.
