The Diary Game: Factory Work, Ball, and Dinner | June 12th, 2026

Greetings everyone here on steemit and welcome to another diary session with @kingfavourite77. I would be sharing my day/activities with you guys.

Today started early. Alarm rang 5:30am but I snoozed a bit before I jumped up. I’m working at the bottle water factory this week, so I had to rush. The road was not too busy this morning, thank God. When I got there, my supervisor just said “make we hustle, trucks dey wait.” We filled bottles, sealed them, arranged cartons till my back started aching . Factory work is not easy, but the pay is coming, so I’m grateful.

After my shift, I dropped my bag at home and changed clothes fast. My friends were already calling me for the field. We play ball every evening if work is not too hard. Today we played 2 teams of 5. First half I missed 2 clear chances and they started shouting “wasteful striker!” I just laughed. Second half I scored one goal sha, corner kick header. Small thing but my chest swelled. We played till the sun went down. My legs were paining me but the joy was sweet.

After ball, hunger caught me seriously. I got back home, had a bath because sweat was all over me. My mom had cooked rice and stew, so I bought a plate from her. That rice was hot with plenty of fish and egg. I sat in front of the house, ate slowly while I chatted with people passing by. Sometimes life is just simple like this,work, ball, good food.

Now I’m in bed, body aches a little but my mind is calm. Tomorrow is the same factory work again, but I’m not scared. Small hustle today, small play, small enjoyment. It balances. Thanks for sharing my day and activities with me @kingfavourite77.
