It's another day of the week and I'm delighted to participate in this contest today organized by @goodybest which talks about Weekly Food Menu. I will be making my entry below so read through it and drop your valuable comment as it will be appreciated.

Wow, this will be a tough one but I will do my best in creating the list based on how my family feeds. The list of my menu will be tabulated below and it will cover morning afternoon and evening food. This means that the breakfast, the launch and the dinner are all incorporated.

Why will you choose the particular food for the day? |

The list above is the menu which my family follows though not completely but they try to follow it most times. This is to ensure that the family remain healthy through the balance diet foods.
For Monday's, the food include Tea, Rice and Swallow for breakfast, lunch and dinner respectively. I choose this food because this day is always hectic and I need a food that will stay much in my stomach.
For Tuesday, Akamu, Beans, and Fruits are usually taken and the reason is because the protein level in our bodies need to remain active and that can only be possible with foods as such.
For Wednesday Indomie, Swallow and Rice are taken again. This is an energy given food to enable me have enough energy to continue the work through the week.
For Thursday we go again but this time a combination of energy and protein food that is why we have Eggs & Bread, Yam and Moi Moi.
For Friday Custard, Rice and Fruits are taken for breakfast, lunch and dinner respectively. To have a better and healthier life and body I took fruits, vegetables, protein and energy given food once a while.
For Saturday we go for Akara, plantain and Tea & Bread. This is the combination of protein, iron and also oil. The aim is to have the six class of food consumed each and every week.
Lastly we move to Sunday. On Sundays I don't eat in the morning because I'm a Christian and a Catholic hence I fast till around 12 at least. This enable take the sacrament in the church. For lunch and dinner I go for Rice and Snacks. We make the rice at home and then we also go out to have snacks during the evening period.
How much will it cost for each day's menu? |

Due to how things are expensive in the country at the moment, I must say the cost of each menu is very high though most often we buy those things in large quantity and then keep it at home. So anytime we need to use any of them, we will just fetch and use and that is how we have been leaving and surviving.
Based on the current price of things at the moment, I will give a rough estimate of how much each day menu may cost. So the table below shows the estimated total price of each day menu in Naira and it's equivalent in Steem as at the time of writing this article.
