Obviously, we're being watched. I'll be honest, I work every day because I'm motivated, and my motivation is to advance. But not everyone has aspirations, and that's respectable. I don't think I need someone watching me, so when my boss shows up, he always sees me working. I think it's fair to follow the rules; I have no problem with that. I need my job, and following rules to keep working isn't uncomfortable for me; I see it as fair.
